Thank you for choosing PoolLights.com for your pool and spa lighting needs. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read the following warranty information carefully to understand the coverage provided for each product.

LiquiGLOW Nicheless Pool/Spa Light

  • Warranty Length: 1 year from the installation date.
  • Warranty Extension: For each additional PoolLights.com product purchased, the warranty is extended by 1 year on all products.
  • Coverage: PoolLights.com is both the installer & manufacturer of this product so our warranty covers both workmanship and product defects.
  • Contact Information: If your LiquiGLOW Nicheless Pool/Spa Light experiences any issues during the warranty period, please contact us at 239-470-6836 or email Support@PoolLights.com. For the fastest response, you can submit the Warranty Request directly to a Certified Pool Operator HERE. 

LiquiGLOW Nicheless Light CONTROLLER

  • Warranty Length: 1 year from the installation date.
  • Warranty Extension: For each additional PoolLights.com product purchased, the warranty is extended by 1 year on all products.

LiquiGLOW-XL Niched Pool/Spa Light (10-inch & 6-inch)

  • Warranty Length: 1 year from the installation date.
  • Warranty Extension: For each additional PoolLights.com product purchased, the warranty is extended by 1 year on all products.
  • Coverage: PoolLights.com is both the installer & manufacturer of this product so our warranty covers both workmanship and product defects.
  • Contact Information: If your LiquiGLOW-XL Niched Pool/Spa Light encounters any problems within the warranty period, please reach out to us at 239-470-6836 or email Support@PoolLights.com.  For the fastest response, you can submit the Warranty Request directly to a Certified Pool Operator HERE

QuickCOLOR LED Bulbs

  • Warranty Length: 1 year from the installation date.
  • When installing QuickCOLOR Bulbs, the bulb is installed within your existing fixture.
  • For QuickCOLOR Bulbs, the warranty does not cover damage caused to the bulb by a malfunctioning light fixture, including water damage.
  • Contact Information: If your QuickCOLOR LED Bulbs experience any malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact us at 239-470-6836 or email Support@PoolLights.com.

General Warranty Information:

  • All warranties begin from the date of installation.
  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper water chemistry, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repair.
  • PoolLights.com reserves the right to inspect any defective product prior to issuing a replacement or repair.
  • If a product covered under warranty fails to operate as intended, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.

PermaGLOW Lifetime Warranty

Ask about our optional LIFETIME WARRANTY.


For $199 at the time of installation, the warranty will be extended to a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If it stops working, we'll replace it, as long as you occupy the residence.
